With over 15 years of pioneering work, he has led major federally and privately funded projects, serving as Principal Investigator and collaborator across military, academic, and industry initiatives. He currently serves as Technical Lead for the 5G Network Enhancement Prototype at the Marine Corps Logistics Base in Albany, Georgia.
A prolific author with more than 200 publications and four edited books, Dr. Shetty’s research has been internationally recognized — including two papers ranked among the Top 50 in Blockchain Research (2018). Marisa Bean is the CEO and Founder of RCS Group, where she leads a team of seasoned professionals developing advanced solutions in cybersecurity, data analytics, and wireless communications for the defense, federal, and commercial sectors. Before founding RCS Group, Marisa served as a Test and Evaluation Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division, where she played a key role in testing and validating critical Navy electronic warfare systems across more than 25 ships. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Indiana and a B.S. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Cagayan State University.
